- Experience in steel mill and supplier audits
- Experience in sheet metal and stamping industry.
- Knowledge of sheet metal testing and material evaluation.
- Drive cost reduction through grade down, thickness optimisation, Weight check, and material optimization.
- Knowledge of stamping processes such as blanking, bending, drawing, and forming.
- Analyse stamping and quality issues and provide solutions.
- Perform competitor vehicle sheet metal benchmarking.
- Coordinate with suppliers and cross-functional teams like Designers & Buyers.
- Support new material development and localization activities

Experience 3-5 Yrs for BE Candidates 5-7 Yrs for Diploma candidates

Education: Diploma / BE or Master in Metallurgy or Relevant
