Roles and Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end solutions using Employee Central (EC) and SuccessFactors modules such as Core HR, Time & Attendance, Absence Management, Goal Management, Performance Management, Succession Planning, Learning Management, Onboarding, Recruitment Management.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and develop technical designs for EC implementations.
- Develop detailed project plans including timelines and resource allocation for EC implementation projects.
- Provide expert guidance on solution architecting best practices to ensure successful project delivery.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements during EC implementations.
