Astraleus Services Pvt. Ltd., a NABCB-accredited Inspection Body and QCI-approved ZED Assessment Body, invites applications from qualified and experienced professionals for Empanelment as ZED Assessors under the MSME Sustainable (ZED) Certification Scheme.

? Eligibility & Qualifications1. Educational Qualification

- Graduate or Diploma Holder from a recognized institution.

2. Professional Experience

- Graduates: Minimum 5 years of experience in the manufacturing industry.
- Diploma Holders: Minimum 8 years of experience in the manufacturing industry.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in Operations, Quality Management, Auditing, Assessment, or Consulting.

Key: Valid experience certificates/letters are mandatory. ? Training & Certification ProcessStep 1 – Lead Auditor Training

- Shortlisted candidates who do not possess a valid Lead Auditor Training Certificate are required to complete a 5-day online Lead Auditor Training Programme.
- Applicable training fees are payable directly to the training organization.
- Candidates already holding an acceptable Lead Auditor Training Certificate need not repeat this training, subject to verification.

Step 2 – QCI ZED Assessor Training

- Eligible candidates will undergo a 5-day online ZED Assessor Training Programme conducted by QCI, free of cost, subject to QCI's selection and training requirements.

Step 3 – Empanelment & Assessment Assignments

- Upon successful completion of the required training, qualification, and approval process,



candidates may be empanelled with Astraleus Services Pvt. Ltd. for onsite ZED assessments.
- Assessment assignments will be offered based on availability, competence, geographical requirements, and organizational needs.
- Professional assessment fees/man-day remuneration will be discussed during empanelment.

✅ Important Conditions
- Only freelancers or independent professionals who are not currently employed full-time with any organization are eligible to apply for this training opportunity.
- Candidates must be available for a minimum of 10–15 assessment man-days per month.
- Candidates willing to undertake onsite manufacturing-unit assessments and travel within their assigned regions are preferred.
- Preference will be given to candidates with manufacturing, quality assurance, production, and auditing experience.
