We are looking for Embroidery Logo Digitizers who can convert logos, artwork and graphics into high-quality embroidery-ready designs.

We are hiring at Trainee, Intermediate and Experienced/Senior levels.

1. Trainee Embroidery Logo Digitizer | 0–1 Year

* 0–1 year of experience in embroidery logo digitizing or relevant training.
- Basic knowledge of Wilcom and Adobe Illustrator.
- Ability to convert simple logos/artwork into embroidery designs.
- Basic understanding of stitch types, stitch direction, density and underlay.
- Ability to understand and follow instructions in basic English.
- Good attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and improve digitizing skills.
- Freshers with relevant training can apply.

1. Intermediate Embroidery Logo Digitizer | 2+ Years

* Minimum 2 years of experience in embroidery logo digitizing.
- Good working knowledge of Wilcom and Adobe Illustrator.
- Ability to independently convert logos and artwork into embroidery-ready files.
- Strong understanding of stitch types, stitch density, underlay, stitch direction, sequencing and pull compensation.
- Ability to maintain the visual appearance of the original logo when converted into embroidery.
- Ability to work with different logo sizes and levels of detail.
- Able to make corrections based on client/customer feedback.
- Ability to handle multiple logo orders and meet turnaround times.

1. Senior / Experienced Embroidery Logo Digitizer | 5+ Years

* Minimum 5 years of professional experience specifically in embroidery logo digitizing.
- Advanced proficiency in Wilcom and Adobe Illustrator.
- Ability to digitize complex logos, artwork and detailed designs.
- Strong understanding of embroidery limitations and how to translate artwork accurately into stitches.
- Excellent knowledge of stitch types, density, underlay,



sequencing, compensation and stitch direction.
- Ability to optimize designs for clean output, accurate detailing and minimal stitch issues.
- Ability to identify and correct digitizing errors independently.
- Ability to review and maintain quality standards across multiple designs.
- Experience handling urgent and high-volume logo digitizing work is an advantage.

Common Requirements

- Basic English reading and comprehension to understand instructions, logo specifications and client requirements.
- Good knowledge of Wilcom & Adobe Illustrator according to experience level.
- Solid attention to detail.
- Good understanding of logo design and visual accuracy.
- Ability to work independently from home.
- Reliable internet connection and suitable computer/laptop.
- Ability to communicate and respond during working hours.
- Ability to meet agreed turnaround times.
