- Prepare and maintain the Project Plan and Schedule and monitor and manage execution accordingly.

- Identify and obtain the appropriate Tools, Technology, Standards, Process and Guidelines and ensure appropriate implementation.

- Identity proper Coding Standards in consultation with the customer and ensure appropriate implementation.

- Plan and implement defect prevention activities at the project level.

- Maintain all project documents through the Configuration Management Process.

- Ensure reviews of software development are held per plan.

- Verify the readiness of the product for release through Release Review.

- Authorize intermediate deliverables and patch releases to customers.

- Ensure Weekly Status Reports are sent and appraise the Project status to customer Management during Weekly calls.

- Track the practical usage of implemented tools to ensure productivity and quality improvements.

- Managing and communicating status, issues and risks with project stakeholders.

- Driving team compliance with quality, security, operational resilience, and other non-functional requirements.
