Job Summary

We are looking for an Email Marketing Executive to manage and execute email marketing campaigns for STM Journals. The role will focus on promoting journals, calls for papers, special issues, editorial opportunities, and other academic initiatives to researchers, authors, reviewers, and academicians.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute bulk and targeted email marketing campaigns.
- Build and maintain researcher, author, reviewer, and institutional databases.
- Segment email lists based on subject area, country, research interest, and profile.
- Draft email content, subject lines, and call-to-action messages.
- Promote Call for Papers, Special Issues, Journal Updates, and Editorial Opportunities.
- Track open rates, click rates, bounce rates, responses, leads, and conversions.
- Perform basic A/B testing for email subject lines and content.




- Maintain email database quality and improve email deliverability.
- Coordinate with editorial, content, SEO, design, and sales teams.
- Prepare daily and weekly email campaign reports.

Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Email Marketing and Digital Marketing
- Valuable written English
- MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Database research and segmentation
- Basic understanding of email campaign analytics
- Familiarity with Mailchimp, Brevo, SendGrid, Zoho Campaigns, or similar tools will be an advantage

Qualification Any Graduate can apply.

Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year of experience are welcome to apply. Candidates with basic knowledge of email marketing, digital marketing, Excel, and good communication skills will be preferred.
