We are looking for an Email Lead Generation & Outreach Executive to build targeted B2B prospect lists, find and verify business email addresses, and execute cold email campaigns to generate qualified leads and business opportunities.

The role involves business data extraction, email discovery, prospect research, data enrichment, bulk email outreach, automated follow-ups, and campaign performance tracking. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with email prospecting tools, AI-powered research, and managing large prospect databases.

Key Responsibilities

- Extract targeted B2B prospect data from Google Maps, business directories, company websites, LinkedIn, and other relevant sources.
- Find business email addresses using company websites, domains, business names, phone lists, and available prospect information.
- Use AI-powered prospecting, email discovery, and data enrichment tools to improve research efficiency and data accuracy.
- Identify relevant decision-makers, including Founders, Business Owners, Directors, CEOs, and Marketing Heads.
- Verify business email addresses and maintain clean, accurate, and up-to-date prospect databases.
- Segment prospect lists by industry, location, company type, and other targeting criteria.
- Plan and execute bulk cold email campaigns to reach relevant business prospects.
- Set up automated email sequences, personalized messages, and follow-up campaigns.
- Use AI tools to support prospect research, email personalization, and campaign preparation.
- Monitor email bounce rates, reply rates, deliverability, sender reputation, and overall campaign performance.
- Track positive responses, qualified leads,



and business opportunities generated through email outreach.
- Maintain unsubscribe, suppression, and exclusion lists to support responsible email outreach and deliverability.

Experience Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in cold email outreach, email lead generation, data extraction, prospect research, or email marketing preferred.
