Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive skilled to drive B2B lead generation and outbound outreach for the US market. The role involves identifying prospects, executing personalised email campaigns, and generating qualified sales meetings and demos for the business development team.

Responsibilities

- Research and identify potential US-based companies, prospects, and key decision-makers.

- Build targeted prospect databases using Apollo.io, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and other lead generation tools.

- Plan, execute, and optimise personalised cold-email outreach campaigns.

- Manage email sequences and follow-ups to generate qualified leads and book sales meetings.

- Execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns for high-value target accounts.

- Maintain accurate lead data, outreach records, and campaign performance reports.

- Track key metrics, including response rates, conversions, and meetings booked.





- Coordinate with the sales and business development teams to qualify leads and develop opportunities.

Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 2 5 years of experience in B2B lead generation specifically by email marketing.

- Hands-on experience with Apollo.io and LinkedIn prospecting.

- Understanding of the US B2B market and outbound sales processes.

- Familiarity with CRM platforms and zoho email outreach tools is an advantage.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Comfortable working in US time zones, with a focus on qualified leads and meetings rather than email volume alone.
