Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Electronics Components Executive to support the management, coordination, and validation of electrical and electronic components used in various products and applications. The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of electronic components, component lifecycle management, and validation processes. Candidates from the automotive industry will be preferred; however, experience in any electronics-related domain is acceptable.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage and maintain electrical and electronic component databases and records.

· Coordinate with suppliers, procurement teams, design engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders for component-related activities.

· Support component selection, qualification, and validation activities.

· Verify component specifications, datasheets, compliance requirements, and technical documentation.

· Assist in component testing, validation, and approval processes.

· Monitor component availability, obsolescence, and lifecycle status.

· Ensure accurate documentation and traceability of component-related information.

· Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve component-related issues and identify suitable alternatives.

· Support BOM (Bill of Materials) management and component standardization initiatives.

· Follow organizational quality standards and engineering processes.

Required Skills:

· Basic understanding of electrical and electronic components such as resistors, capacitors, ICs, connectors, relays, sensors,



and semiconductors.

· Knowledge of component validation and testing processes.

· Ability to read and understand technical datasheets and specifications.

· Good coordination, communication, and documentation skills.

· Proficiency in MS Office applications.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience in Automotive Electronics, ECU Components, Wiring Systems, or related automotive domains.

· Familiarity with component lifecycle management and BOM management.

· Exposure to quality processes and engineering change management.

· Knowledge of industry standards and compliance requirements is an added advantage.

· Diploma holder or candidate with relevant industry experience.

· Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

· Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

Note: Candidates from Automotive, Industrial Electronics, Consumer Electronics, Telecom Electronics, or any other Electronics-related industry are encouraged to apply. Automotive experience will be considered an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
