Purpose of the role: Run electrical installation work on client sites so it is completed safely, to specification, on schedule, and with clean documentation.

Compensation: 30,000 to 38000 per month CTC

What you will do:

- Lead a crew of electricians and helpers on site; plan daily work and allocate manpower
- Supervise cable laying, tray and conduit installation, terminations, earthing, and panel/MCC/PCC installation
- Read single-line diagrams, cable schedules, layouts, and BOQs, and make sure work matches them
- Carry out and witness testing: insulation resistance (megger), continuity, earth resistance, and pre-commissioning checks
- Enforce permit-to-work, LOTO, hot-work and height-work safety rules, and run daily toolbox talks
- Maintain daily progress reports, material reconciliation, and as-built markups
- Be the first point of contact for the client's site engineer and resolve issues on the spot





Must have:

- Diploma in Electrical Engineering or BE/B.Tech (Electrical)
- 3- 5 years supervising industrial electrical work (petrochemical, pharma, or process plant preferred)
- Ability to read electrical drawings and cable schedules
- Hands-on knowledge of LT/HT cabling, earthing, and panel installation
- Valid supervisor license (wireman/supervisor)
- Willing to travel and stay at sites in Maharashtra and Gujarat

Valuable to have:

- Experience in hazardous areas (Ex-rated equipment, flameproof installation)
- Basic AutoCAD or measurement/billing knowledge
- Prior experience with client audits, ISO 9001 or similar quality systems
- Working knowledge of Hindi, Marathi, and/or Gujarati
