Role & responsibilities Handle customer enquiries and generate leads for Education Loans and Personal Loans.

Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable loan products based on eligibility and needs.

Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, documentation requirements, and application procedures.

Collect, verify, and process customer documents accurately for loan applications.

Coordinate with banks and NBFCs throughout the approval, sanction, and disbursement process.

Follow up regularly with customers and financial institutions to ensure timely application processing.

Maintain strong customer relationships and provide timely support throughout the loan journey.





Achieve assigned sales and business targets while maintaining high standards of customer service.

Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, follow-ups, and loan status.

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate in any discipline with 12 years of experience in sales, banking, financial services, loans, or a related field.
- Valuable communication, customer-handling, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Basic understanding of loan products, eligibility criteria, documentation, and application processes.
- Proven ability to generate leads, convert prospects, and achieve sales targets.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented with strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Good interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with banks, NBFCs, and internal teams.
