Key Responsibilities

- Understand learners’ academic backgrounds and career goals to recommend suitable programs.

- Handle inbound and outbound calls, conduct counselling sessions, and address learner queries.

- Assist learners with applications, documentation, and enrollment.

- Follow up with prospective learners and work towards admission targets.

- Update lead details, counselling interactions, and follow-up schedules in the CRM.

- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to support lead management and ensure a smooth learner experience.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

- Freshers may apply; prior experience in EdTech sales, inside sales, or education counselling is an advantage.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a learner-focused approach.

- Ability to build student relationships, manage follow-ups, and work towards admission targets.

- Willingness to learn about online education programs and the admission process.
