Role & Responsibilities

- Conduct engaging online classes for students of Classes 6-12 through the Education Adda platform.

- Teach the assigned subject with strong conceptual clarity and exam-oriented approach.

- Explain difficult concepts in a simple, structured, and student-friendly manner.

- Prepare and deliver lessons using PowerPoint presentations, digital boards, PDFs, and other digital teaching tools.

- Create and review MCQs, practice questions, assignments, and tests related to the subject.

- Conduct doubt-solving and practice sessions for students.

- Keep teaching content aligned with the latest syllabus and examination requirements.

- Use a computer confidently for online teaching, content preparation, presentations, and digital classroom management.

- Coordinate with the academic and content team for lesson planning, study material, tests, and course development.

- Participate in recorded lectures, live classes, YouTube educational content, and other EdTech activities when required.

- Maintain quality, accuracy, and consistency in all academic content and classes.

- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT/Gemini for research and content preparation,



while independently verifying academic accuracy.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Strong subject knowledge in at least one academic subject such as Mathematics, Science, English, Social Science, Hindi, or Urdu.

- Good overall understanding of the Class 612 academic curriculum.

- Excellent conceptual clarity and ability to explain topics in a simple, clear, and student-friendly manner.

- Good communication and presentation skills in Hindi, English, or Hinglish.

- Strong working knowledge of computers and digital teaching tools.

- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and MS Word is preferred.

- Comfortable conducting online/live classes and recording video lectures.

- Able to use PPTs, PDFs, digital boards, screen sharing, and other EdTech tools for teaching.

- Good understanding of MCQs, practice questions, tests, and exam-oriented preparation.

- Comfortable researching academic topics and preparing teaching material independently.

- Familiarity with ChatGPT, Gemini, or other AI tools will be an added advantage.

- Prior experience in teaching, online education, EdTech, YouTube education, or academic content creation will be preferred.

- Candidates should be tech-savvy, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced EdTech environment.

- Strong attention to academic accuracy and willingness to continuously improve teaching methods.
