Roles & Responsibilities

- Connect with prospective students and parents to understand their academic needs and recommend suitable online learning programs.
- Counsel prospects on course benefits, learning plans, and enrollment procedures.
- Manage leads through calls, emails, and WhatsApp, ensuring regular follow-ups and successful conversions.
- Guide students and parents through admissions, documentation, fee-related queries, and enrollment.
- Maintain lead records, update CRM systems, and work towards enrollment targets.
- Build robust relationships with prospects while delivering a positive counselling experience.

Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.




- 1–3 years of experience in student counselling, admissions, educational sales, or customer engagement.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-management skills.
- Experience in education or EdTech is preferred.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
