Job Responsibilities
- Manage dealership data in DMS/ERP software.
- Maintain accurate sales, service, spare parts, and inventory records.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Handle vehicle stock, billing, purchase, and delivery records.
- Coordinate with Sales, Service, Accounts, and Spare Parts departments.
- Identify data discrepancies and ensure accuracy.
- Maintain proper documentation and reporting.
Required Skills
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas).
- Knowledge of EDP/DMS/ERP software.
- Understanding of automobile dealership operations.
- Good analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
Qualification: Graduate in any stream (B.Com/BBA/BCA preferred).
Preferred: Experience with Maruti Suzuki or other automobile dealership software will be an added advantage.
