Understanding of policies/rules on email security gateway (Proofpoint will be added advantage)

Understanding of policies/rules of EDR and investigating experience in the EDR incidents

Knowledge of ITIL disciplines such as Incident, Problem and Change Management

Positive to Have

Understanding of the structure and the meaning of logs from different log sources such as FW, IDS, Windows DC, Cisco appliances, AV and, email security etc

Having experience on fine-tuning SIEM rules to reduce false positive and remove false negatives.

Understanding of vulnerability management process and working with stake holders to remediate them
