Role : Growth & Ads – Quick Commerce

Mandatory Requirements

1. Hands-on experience creating, managing and optimising ads on quick commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto and Swiggy Instamart.
2. 2–4 years of full-time experience, including at least two years working with a D2C consumer brand.
3. Demonstrated results in growing sales and improving advertising efficiency, supported by clear spend, revenue and ROAS figures.
4. Currently based in Delhi NCR and available to work onsite in Noida.

About the Client Our client is a D2C consumer brand in the fragrance and home care space, offering products that bring fragrance into everyday living. With a presence across digital channels and quick commerce platforms, the business is strengthening its advertising and growth capabilities.

This role offers the opportunity to work directly with the founders and take ownership of quick commerce advertising, with a clear connection between campaign decisions and business performance.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Plan and execute platform-specific advertising strategies across Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart and other relevant channels.
- Manage campaign setup, keyword research, bidding, targeting, placements and ongoing optimisation.
- Allocate budgets across platforms and products based on sales potential,



performance and profitability.
- Track ROAS, TACOS, conversion, advertising spend and sales to identify opportunities and address underperformance.
- Analyse paid and organic sales to understand whether campaigns are generating additional demand.
- Identify priority SKUs and support new launches through suitable campaign and visibility plans.
- Coordinate with internal teams on listings, pricing, promotions and stock availability to support campaign performance.
- Monitor competitor activity, category trends and changes in platform advertising tools.
- Share regular performance updates with the founders, explaining results, decisions and next steps.

Qualification & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; an MBA is not mandatory.
- Robust Excel or Google Sheets skills for reporting, analysis and budget planning.
- Understanding of unit economics, contribution margins and the effect of discounts on profitability.
- Ability to explain insights clearly and translate them into practical actions.
- Comfortable taking ownership, prioritising work and executing in a growing team.
