Role & responsibilities

- Develop, modify, and troubleshoot Siemens PLC programs.

- Work on Siemens PLC platforms such as S7-1200, S7-1500, S7-300, and S7-400.

- Have working knowledge of Siemens TIA Portal and STEP 7 software.

- Configure and troubleshoot HMI/SCADA systems.

- Perform electrical control panel testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting.

- Understand electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and control schematics.

- Integrate PLCs with VFDs, sensors, actuators, and other automation devices.

- Conduct machine installation, testing, commissioning, and in office support.

- Identify technical issues and implement corrective actions.

- Coordinate with design, production, and service teams to ensure smooth project execution.





Preferred candidate profile

- Strong knowledge of Siemens PLC programming.

- Hands-on experience with TIA Portal and/or STEP 7.

- Knowledge of industrial automation and control systems.

- Understanding of electrical circuits, control panels, and wiring diagrams.

- Basic knowledge of HMI/SCADA, VFDs, and industrial communication protocols such as PROFINET.

- Good troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Willingness to travel to customer sites for installation and commissioning, if required.
