Job Summary

What The Flex (WTF), a D2C streetwear fashion brand, is looking for a proactive and customer-focused E-commerce Executive to handle customer queries, resolve concerns, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth e-commerce operations and a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries and concerns through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and Instagram.
- Understand customer issues from their perspective and provide suitable solutions in accordance with company policies.
- Coordinate with CRM, warehouse, logistics, accounts, and other departments to resolve operational issues.
- Ensure timely follow-ups with customers and internal teams until concerns are resolved.
- Maintain customer query records, issue trackers, and follow-up data using Google Sheets.
- Analyse customer complaints to identify repetitive issues, understand root causes, and suggest preventive solutions.
- Communicate company policies and order-related processes clearly to customers.




- Take ownership of customer concerns and ensure timely and effective resolution.

Skills & Requirements
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in e-commerce operations, customer support, or customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Positive customer-handling, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Basic to good knowledge of Google Sheets and data analysis.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Patient, empathetic, and professional approach towards customers.
- Presentable personality with a proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership.

Ideal Candidate Someone who enjoys solving problems, understands customer concerns with empathy, and focuses on finding practical solutions rather than simply responding to queries. The candidate should be comfortable coordinating across departments, analysing recurring issues, and improving the overall customer experience.
