We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant (EA) to support our Chief Business Officer (CBO). The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills, have a robust command over Excel, and be proficient in Canva and AI tools. This is a full-time, office-based role that demands high professionalism, multitasking ability, and attention to detail.





- Key Responsibilities:Act as a primary point of contact for the CBO internally and externally.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation using Excel, Canva, and AI-based tools.
- Assist with business planning, market research, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders as required.
- Draft professional emails, memos, and communication materials.
- Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Requirements:Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Canva, and AI tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Must own a laptop.
