Job Title: E-commerce Technology Executive

We are looking for a technically skilled E-commerce Technology Executive to manage website operations, support web and mobile application development, handle technical troubleshooting, and coordinate with external developers and the internal IT team.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage, maintain, and update the company's e-commerce website and ensure smooth website operations.
- Handle website customization, content updates, product listings, pricing, images, inventory, and other e-commerce functionalities.
- Perform basic frontend development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Support backend development activities and troubleshoot website functionality issues.
- Work with APIs, payment gateways, ERP systems, and third-party application integrations.
- Understand web and mobile application workflows and coordinate with developers for enhancements, bug fixes, testing, and new feature implementation.
- Assist with website performance optimization, SEO, and user experience improvements.
- Manage website-related technical requirements and coordinate with external developers and internal IT teams.
- Support social media management, website content updates,



and digital marketing activities as per organizational requirements.
- Monitor website and application performance, identify technical issues, and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain technical documentation and follow up on pending development tasks.
- Perform other duties related to website management, e-commerce operations, application support, social media, and digital marketing as assigned by management.

Required Skills
- Knowledge of website management and e-commerce operations.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Understanding of frontend and backend development concepts.
- Familiarity with APIs, payment gateways, and third-party integrations.
- Basic understanding of web and mobile application development.
- Positive problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Shopify or other e-commerce platforms.
- Familiarity with Shopify Liquid, REST APIs, PHP/Laravel, Node.js, and MySQL.
- Understanding of mobile application development concepts.
- Knowledge of SEO, social media management, and digital marketing tools.
- Familiarity with Git and version control.

Experience 13 years of relevant experience preferred. Skilled freshers with practical knowledge and a willingness to learn may also apply.

Additional Note The employee is expected to handle all assigned tasks related to website management, e-commerce operations, web and mobile application support, social media, and digital marketing as per organizational requirements.
