About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Marketplace Operations Specialist to manage day-to-day marketplace operations for an international client.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in product listing management, marketplace account health, and promotional campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Product Listings: Create, upload, optimise, and manage product listings, including descriptions, images, pricing, and product attributes.
- Account Health: Monitor seller account performance, resolve listing errors, address policy violations, and maintain marketplace compliance.
- Promotions: Plan, configure, and manage discounts, coupons, deals, and promotional campaigns.
- Catalogue Management: Maintain accurate product information, inventory updates, and pricing across marketplaces.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot suppressed listings, account warnings, and other marketplace operational issues.
- Reporting: Track marketplace performance,



maintain operational reports, and provide regular client updates.

Required Skills & Experience
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce marketplace operations.
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central, eBay, Walmart Marketplace, Shopify, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of product listing management and marketplace account health.
- Experience managing promotional campaigns and marketplace offers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Valuable communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage client requirements.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting UK or US e-commerce marketplaces.
- Knowledge of marketplace SEO and catalogue optimisation.
- Familiarity with bulk product uploads and marketplace reporting tools.
