- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients regarding e-commerce platforms, payment gateways, and related technologies.




- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to e-commerce, such as data protection and privacy laws.
- Assist in training clients on e-commerce platforms and provide ongoing support to ensure successful implementation and usage.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in business, marketing, information technology, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in e-commerce, preferably in an IT company or digital agency.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, content management systems, and related technologies (e.g., Magento, Shopify, WooCommerce).
- Proficiency in using analytics tools to track website performance and generate insights (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and practices is a plus.
