Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably with a marketplace seller.
- Working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central;
experience with Flipkart and Meesho is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of order processing, dispatch SLAs, inventory management, returns, and FBA operations.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets, including filters, sorting, basic formulas, and lookup functions.
- Experience using an OMS or inventory management software is preferred.
- Solid attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting
