Job Summary

We are looking for a candidate experienced in government e-auctions and online bidding, preferably for scrap vehicles, end-of-life vehicles (ELVs), condemned vehicles, and automobile scrap.

Key Responsibilities

- Search and identify government and PSU scrap-vehicle auctions on MSTC and other relevant government portals.
- Track auction notifications, tender documents, deadlines, and eligibility criteria.
- Register and manage bidder accounts on relevant portals.
- Review vehicle details, auction conditions, reserve prices, EMD requirements, and payment terms.
- Coordinate vehicle inspections and estimate purchase value based on scrap recovery and business margins.
- Prepare bid calculations and participate in online auctions after internal approval.




- Manage EMD payments, tender submissions, auction records, and post-auction documentation.
- Coordinate with government departments, transport authorities, and auction officials.
- Arrange vehicle lifting, transportation, and collection after successful bidding.

Preferred candidate profile 25 years in government bidding, e-auctions, procurement, or automobile scrap purchasing.

Preferred Candidate: Someone who has actively participated in MSTC vehicle auctions or similar government scrap-vehicle bidding processes
