Role Description This is a full-time remote role based out of Jaipur for a Dynamics 365 Developer. The role involves designing, developing, and customizing Dynamics 365 solutions to support business processes and integrate with other systems. The developer will configure modules, implement workflows, and write clean, maintainable code to extend platform functionality.

Daily responsibilities include collaborating with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications, performing system integrations, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing performance.



The role also includes documenting solutions, participating in code reviews, and staying current with Dynamics 365 updates and best practices to ensure robust, scalable implementations.

Qualifications

- Strong Software Development and Programming skills, with experience in C#, .NET, JavaScript, or related technologies.
- Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 and NAV, including configuration, customization, and extension of core modules.
- Proficiency in Integration concepts, such as REST APIs, web services, and data migration between Dynamics 365 and third-party systems.
- Solid understanding of Business Process analysis and design, including translating functional requirements into technical solutions.
- Experience with SQL Server, relational databases, and data modeling for CRM/ERP environments.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup, with strong problem-solving and debugging capabilities.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with Azure services, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), or DevOps tools is an advantage.
- Previous work on Dynamics 365 implementations, upgrades, or global deployments is highly beneficial.
