Greenleaf Hub Enterprises is looking for an experienced Duck Creek QA Analyst to support a cloud migration initiative involving Policy, Billing, and Claims modules.

We’re looking for a hands-on QA professional who can independently design test scenarios, validate complex insurance workflows, investigate defects, and collaborate directly with US business stakeholders.

? Position: Duck Creek QA Analyst – Cloud Migration

? Location: India

? Experience: 5–8 Years

? Duck Creek Experience: Minimum 3+ years of hands-on testing

? Work Schedule: India shift with overlap to US Eastern Time, approximately 1 PM ET

? Engagement: 12+ months

? Key Responsibilities✅ Design test scenarios and test cases from business requirements, specifications, forms, and rating rules.

✅ Perform functional and regression testing across Duck Creek Policy, Billing, and Claims.

✅ Validate policy lifecycle transactions, including new business, endorsements, renewals, cancellations, reinstatements, and rewrites.

✅ Verify premium calculations, state-specific rating rules, forms, and policy configurations.

✅ Test APIs and integrations using Postman and validate data using SQL.





✅ Perform migration reconciliation between source and target databases.

✅ Manage defects using Azure DevOps or Jira, with clear reproduction steps and expected versus actual results.

✅ Support UAT, maintain regression test packs, and contribute to state rollout testing.

? Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience in Duck Creek Policy, including rating and premium validation.
- Experience in at least one additional module: Duck Creek Billing or Claims.
- Knowledge of US Property & Casualty (P&C;) insurance, including personal and commercial lines.
- Robust SQL skills for data validation and reconciliation.
- Experience with upgrade, migration, or major-release testing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for working with US business stakeholders.
