Location: Kunnamkulam, Thrissur

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare architectural plans, elevations, sections and working drawings using AutoCAD.
- Prepare approval drawings and documentation as required by the project.
- Develop structural and service drawings under the guidance of the respective engineers.
- Coordinate with the design and site teams to incorporate measurements, corrections and approved changes.




- Maintain updated drawing files, revision records and as-built drawings.

Candidate Requirements

- ITI/Diploma in Civil Draughtsmanship or Civil Engineering.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and a sound understanding of construction drawings.
- Attention to dimensions, detailing and drawing accuracy.
- Ability to meet deadlines and coordinate effectively with the team.
- Knowledge of Kerala building approval requirements, SketchUp or Revit will be an advantage.
