DP Operations & Trade Settlement Executive

Job Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day Depository Participant (DP) operations, including demat account opening and maintenance.
- Process demat and remat requests, off-market transfers, and securities pledge/unpledge requests.
- Manage trade settlement activities, including pay-in and pay-out of funds and securities.
- Reconcile client securities balances and settlement obligations.
- Coordinate with exchanges, depositories (NSDL/CDSL), clearing corporations, and internal teams.
- Ensure timely settlement of trades and resolve settlement-related discrepancies.
- Maintain operational records and ensure compliance with SEBI, exchange, and depository guidelines.
- Handle client queries related to demat accounts, settlement, and securities transfers.





Required Skills

- Knowledge of DP operations, demat processes, and trade settlement.
- Familiarity with NSDL/CDSL and stock exchange settlement procedures.
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Positive analytical, reconciliation, and MS Excel skills.
- Strong attention to detail and coordination skills.

Qualification

Graduate in any discipline, preferably Commerce, Finance, or related fields.
