Role Description This is a full time remote role for a Dotnet Developer Manager at PInterview. The person in this role will lead the design, development, and maintenance of .NET-based applications that power the PInterview platform.

Day-to-day responsibilities include managing a team of developers, reviewing code, setting development standards, and ensuring adherence to best practices in software engineering.



The role involves collaborating with product and design teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, overseeing release cycles, and resolving complex technical issues.

Manager will also be responsible for mentoring team members, conducting technical reviews, and driving continuous improvement in performance, security, and reliability.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and general Programming skills.
- Candidates should possess solid experience in Software Development and .NET Core.
- Candidates should possess practical expertise in ASP.NET MVC and related web application frameworks.
- Experience leading development teams or managing engineering projects in a remote environment.
- Knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and scalable system design.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, and cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS).
- Strong problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and the capacity to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
