Role Description The Domestic Travel Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. This role involves advising clients on domestic travel options, creating customized itineraries, and managing end-to-end travel arrangements within India.

The consultant will handle bookings for transportation, accommodation, and sightseeing, ensure accurate and timely reservations, and coordinate with vendors and internal teams to deliver seamless travel experiences.



Daily responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, providing destination information, resolving issues before and during travel, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of domestic travel trends, offers, and regulations. The role also requires maintaining detailed records in reservation systems, meeting service standards, and supporting corporate and leisure travel requirements as needed.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Travel Consulting and Travel Management to advise clients and design effective domestic travel plans.
- Candidates should possess skills in Travel Arrangements and Reservations to handle bookings for transport, accommodation, and related services accurately and efficiently.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills to manage inquiries, address concerns, and ensure a positive traveler experience.
- Relevant experience in a travel agency or tour operator workplace, preferably in domestic Indian travel.
- Knowledge of major reservation and booking systems, and familiarity with popular Indian destinations and travel regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, client-focused setting.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and a customer-centric approach.
- Degree or diploma in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality
