Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Domestic IT Recruiter with solid knowledge of IT recruitment, technical skills, and candidate sourcing. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to identify and screen suitable candidates for various IT positions.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for domestic IT requirements.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
- Understand technical job requirements and relevant technology stacks.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

Required Skills




- 1–2 years of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment.
- Strong understanding of IT technologies and technical stacks such as Java, .NET, Python, SQL, React, Angular, and other relevant technologies.
- Good knowledge of sourcing techniques, Boolean searches, and resume screening.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand job descriptions and identify suitable candidates.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
