Job Summary :

ClickSoft Solutions is looking for an experienced Domestic HR Recruiter with 2–4 years of hands-on experience in domestic recruitment and internal hiring.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in sourcing, screening, interview coordination, salary negotiation, and onboarding coordination. The role focuses on hiring India-based internal employees for our U.S. Staffing operations, rather than recruiting IT consultants for U.S. client projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end domestic recruitment for internal company requirements.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, employee referrals, and professional networks.
- Recruit for internal positions such as U.S. IT Recruiters, Bench Sales Recruiters, U.S. HR Operations Executives, Immigration Specialists, Account Executives, and Payroll Executives.
- Understand hiring requirements and prepare job descriptions.
- Post job openings on recruitment platforms and social media.
- Screen resumes based on relevant experience, skills, communication, and job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening interviews.
- Evaluate candidates' communication skills, salary expectations, notice periods, and shift flexibility.
- Schedule virtual and face-to-face interviews with hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates to minimize interview no-shows.
- Coordinate interview feedback, salary negotiations,



and offer discussions.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and ATS records.
- Build a robust talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Coordinate joining formalities with the HR Operations team.
- Prepare daily and weekly recruitment reports.
- Work closely with management to close hiring requirements within agreed timelines.

Required Skills

- 2–4 years of experience in domestic recruitment or internal talent acquisition.
- Strong experience with LinkedIn, Naukri, and Boolean search techniques.
- Experience handling end-to-end recruitment.
- Strong candidate sourcing, screening, and follow-up skills.
- Good salary negotiation and offer-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment trackers.
- Ability to work independently and meet hiring deadlines.
- Willingness to work on-site in Hyderabad during U.S. night shifts.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous internal recruitment experience in a U.S. Staffing company.
- Experience hiring U.S. IT Recruiters, Bench Sales Recruiters, HR Operations Executives, and Account Executives.
- Familiarity with U.S. Staffing industry terminology and hiring processes.
- Experience using ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or a related field. MBA HR preferred.
