Role Description This is a full time, on-site Domestic and International Travel Consultant role based in Kolkata. The role involves advising clients on domestic and international travel options, creating customized itineraries, and managing end-to-end travel arrangements including flights, hotels, transfers, and tours. The consultant will handle reservations through various booking systems, ensure accurate documentation, and coordinate with suppliers to confirm services.

Daily work includes responding to client inquiries, providing destination information, maintaining high standards of customer service,



and resolving travel-related issues or changes. The role also includes keeping updated on travel regulations, pricing, promotions, and company offerings to provide reliable and timely guidance.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Travel Consulting and Travel Management to design and oversee comprehensive domestic and international itineraries.
- Candidates should possess practical skills in Travel Arrangements and Reservations to book and manage flights, accommodations, transfers, and tours efficiently.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills to communicate clearly, address client needs, and handle issues with professionalism and empathy.
- Relevant experience in the travel or tourism industry, preferably with tour operators or travel agencies, is highly beneficial.
- Knowledge of popular domestic and international destinations, especially within East and Northeast India, Bhutan, and Andaman, is an advantage.
- Proficiency with travel booking platforms, reservation systems, and basic computer applications is preferred.
- Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment are important.
- A diploma or degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field is desirable.
