:

A DO Assistant is responsible for handling Delivery Order (DO) documentation and coordinating with shipping lines, transporters, CHA, customers, and port authorities for smooth cargo release and delivery operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and follow up with CHA, Customs, CFS/ICD, shipping lines, transporters, and other authorities for shipment clearance.

- Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of import/export and customs procedures.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Ability to handle outdoor work and travel to ports, CFS/ICD, Customs offices, and other locations.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office and documentation.

- Ability to maintain records and follow up on pending activities.

- Valuable time management and responsibility towards assigned work.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.





- Manage Delivery Order (DO) release activities for the RME (Middle East) region using ODEX and FIS2 systems.

- Process Auto DO Requests and BL Direct Requests received from multiple locations.

- Perform shipment, container, documentation, invoice, overdue, Demurrage & Detention (D&D;), free-day, and empty-container return checks.

- Cross-check MBL/Shipment information and ensure mandatory checklist requirements are completed before DO release.

- Coordinate with relevant teams and queues to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant DO processing.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
