- Machine Setup & Alignment:
- Align web and flange plates accurately on the machine bed using guide rollers and hydraulic clamping systems.

- Set up welding heads, ground connections, and wire feeds for the Submerged Arc Welding (SAW) process.

- Parameter Configuration & Operation:

- Input and adjust operational parameters via the PLC / HMI panel (such as welding current/amperage, arc voltage, and pull-through travel speed) according to material thickness.

- Monitor the continuous automated welding run to ensure smooth, uniform bead formation without arc breaks.

- Flux & Wire Management:

- Monitor and manage the continuous wire feed mechanisms and electrode spools.

- Operate and maintain the flux recovery system to recycle unspent flux and clear slag effectively.

- Inspect finished H/I-beams for correct alignment, dimensional accuracy,
