We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Dispatch In-Charge to manage daily dispatch operations, ensure accurate order processing, maintain proper documentation, and coordinate timely delivery of goods to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily dispatch activities and ensure timely shipment of finished goods.
- Verify materials, quantities, packing details, and customer orders before dispatch.
- Coordinate with production, stores, logistics, and marketing teams.
- Arrange transportation and follow up on deliveries.
- Prepare and maintain dispatch records, delivery challans, invoices, e-way bills, and other required documents.
- Monitor stock availability and ensure proper loading and packing.
- Track shipments and resolve dispatch-related issues.
- Maintain dispatch reports and ensure proper documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety standards.

Qualification:

- Any Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Relevant practical experience will also be considered.

Experience:

- 2–5 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, or warehouse operations.




- Experience in textile or manufacturing industries is preferred.
- Knowledge of dispatch documentation, inventory coordination, and transportation management.

Required Skills:

- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage dispatch activities and meet delivery schedules.
