Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Director of Talent Acquisition to lead our recruitment operations, develop strategic hiring solutions, strengthen client relationships, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in end-to-end recruitment, team leadership, client management, and revenue generation, along with a strong understanding of technology hiring and recruitment market trends.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and oversee the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, ensuring quality delivery and timely closures.
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives and client requirements.
- Drive business development through lead generation, recent client acquisition, and relationship building.
- Manage key client accounts, proposals, commercial discussions, and offer negotiations.
- Drive recruitment revenue, business performance, and client satisfaction.




- Guide sourcing strategies for specialised, technical, and hard-to-fill positions.
- Analyse hiring requirements, forecast recruitment demand, and optimise delivery processes.
- Monitor recruitment performance, identify process bottlenecks, and implement continuous improvements.
- Lead, mentor, and develop recruitment teams to achieve individual and organisational targets.
- Promote a collaborative, accountable, and performance-oriented work culture.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- 12–15 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Leadership, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment and diverse sourcing strategies.
- Demonstrated experience in team leadership, people management, and performance monitoring.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships, acquire new business, and drive revenue.
- Strong understanding of recruitment metrics, market trends, and hiring technologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and other relevant business tools.
- A technical qualification such as B.Tech, BCA, B.Sc. (IT), MCA, or M.Tech is preferred.
