✅ 12–18+ years of payroll industry experience, including 5+ years in leadership roles

✅ Proven expertise in managing end-to-end payroll for multiple corporate clients

✅ Strong knowledge of statutory compliance, payroll operations, and risk management

✅ Experience building teams, driving automation, and delivering operational excellence

✅ Exceptional client relationship management and problem-solving abilities





✅ Exposure to US or international payroll operations is an advantage
