- Experience in developing functional requirements and leveraging structured design-thinking methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's, PGDM, or Master's degree in Business, Human Resources, Economics, Psychology, Sociology, Information Technology, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
- 15+ years of relevant experience in consulting (preferred) and/or industry roles.
