Role Overview

Our client, a leading D2C brand backed by a large organization, is looking for a Director – Marketing to lead its overall marketing strategy, with a focus on brand building, content, and digital marketing. The role will be responsible for strengthening brand positioning, driving consumer engagement, and building an integrated marketing engine to support business growth across channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Brand Strategy & Building:

Define and execute the brand strategy, positioning, and consumer proposition to strengthen awareness, relevance, and differentiation.

- Content & Creative:

Lead content strategy across platforms, developing compelling brand narratives, campaigns, and creative assets aligned with the brand's identity.

- Digital Marketing:

Drive digital marketing across paid, owned, and earned channels, with a focus on consumer acquisition, engagement, and marketing effectiveness.

- Integrated Campaigns:

Conceptualize and execute 360-degree marketing campaigns across digital, social media, influencer, and other relevant consumer touchpoints.

- Consumer Insights:





Leverage consumer research, market trends, and data analytics to identify growth opportunities and sharpen marketing strategy.

- Marketing Effectiveness:

Track key metrics across brand health, reach, engagement, acquisition, and ROI, ensuring effective allocation of marketing spends.

- Team & Stakeholder Management:

Build and lead a high-performing marketing team while collaborating closely with business, e-commerce, sales, and leadership teams.

Candidate Profile

- 10–15 years of experience in marketing, with significant exposure to brand building, digital marketing, and content-led growth.

- Experience with D2C, consumer brands, or e-commerce businesses;

experience in scaling a brand would be an advantage.

- Robust understanding of digital ecosystems, social media, content strategy, influencer marketing, and integrated campaigns.

- Demonstrated ability to combine creative brand thinking with a data-driven approach to marketing and business outcomes.
