- Engineering graduate 8 to 12 years of experience across HR technology, HRIS, payroll platforms, enterprise applications or digital transformation in a complex global enterprise environment.
- Experience leading HR applications, payroll consolidation initiatives and transformation programs across global enterprise and multi-geography environments.
- Solid exposure to HRMS platforms like SAP SuccessFactors, Workday and broader HR technology landscapes; the role should not be limited to one product or module.
- Experience with enterprise integrations, APIs/middleware, identity and access,



SaaS platforms, employee master data, org hierarchy, employee lifecycle data flows and technology architecture.
- Experience managing implementation / AMS partners, releases, delivery governance, support operations and commercial/vendor outcomes.
- Demonstrated experience evaluating, implementing or scaling AI and automation-led HR technology capabilities across employee onboarding, employee lifecycle management, HR service journeys, knowledge discovery and employee support experiences.
- Experience partnering with senior HR stakeholders and translating functional requirements into scalable technology solutions.
