- Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) experience
- Production Support / On-call Support
- Incident Management & Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
- Service Reliability, Availability, and Performance Management
- SLO, SLI, SLA concepts
- Cloud Platform: Azure or GCP

- Kubernetes

- Terraform (Infrastructure as Code)
- CI/CD tools: Azure DevOps, GitHub, or Jenkins
- Monitoring & Observability tools:

- Dynatrace

- Azure Application Insights

- Azure Log Analytics

- GCP Monitoring

- Scripting: PowerShell or Bash
- Experience with Microservices and Cloud-Native Applications
- Robust troubleshooting and automation mindset.
