Role Overview

We are looking for a Digital Product Designer who can translate ideas into meaningful digital experiences.

The role involves designing digital products, interactive tools, and guided experiences that help people learn, reflect, develop healthier habits, and apply practical wisdom in their daily lives.

You will work at the intersection of product design, human behaviour, learning experiences, and technology. The focus is not simply on making interfaces look good, but on making products genuinely helpful, intuitive, and engaging.

Key Responsibilities

- Design user experiences for digital products, websites, and interactive tools.
- Translate ideas and concepts into clear user journeys, workflows, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Design guided reflection tools, self-assessment experiences, learning journeys, and personal-development exercises.
- Understand user needs and identify opportunities to solve real problems through digital products.
- Create intuitive interfaces that make complex ideas simple and accessible.
- Conduct user research, gather feedback, and iterate on designs based on actual usage.
- Collaborate with researchers, psychologists, programme designers, and engineers to develop useful digital experiences.
- Design responsive interfaces for web and mobile experiences.




- Develop and maintain design systems and reusable UI components where appropriate.
- Explore how AI can support personalised learning, self-reflection, and guided experiences.
- Contribute to product discovery, concept validation, prototyping, and usability testing.

What We Are Looking For

We are interested in someone who enjoys understanding people and solving problems through design.

You should have

- A strong interest in user experience and digital product design.
- Ability to understand a problem and translate it into a practical product experience.
- Experience or familiarity with wireframing, prototyping, user flows, and interface design.
- Familiarity with tools such as Figma or similar design platforms.
- An understanding of usability, accessibility, and responsive design.
- Curiosity about human behaviour, learning, psychology, or personal development.
- Ability to communicate design decisions and explain the reasoning behind them.
- Willingness to experiment, test assumptions, and improve designs based on feedback.
- Interest in working collaboratively with product and engineering teams.
