US Sales & Marketing Executive

Shift: Night Shift - 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM IST

We are looking for a confident, energetic, and results-driven US Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing digital marketing team.

The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, a strong understanding of digital marketing terminology, and the confidence to speak with US-based business owners and decision-makers.

You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, reaching out to them through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels, understanding their business challenges, and converting qualified prospects into meetings and clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct B2B cold calls to US-based businesses.
- Identify and prospect potential clients through LinkedIn, Google, email databases, and other channels.
- Communicate professionally with US business owners, CEOs, marketing managers, and decision-makers.
- Understand a prospects business and identify potential digital marketing opportunities.
- Explain digital marketing services clearly and confidently.
- Schedule qualified appointments and sales meetings for the senior sales team.
- Follow up with prospects through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and SMS.
- Maintain accurate prospect and follow-up information in CRM systems.
- Research competitors and identify new business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly lead generation, appointment-setting, and sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospects.
- Work closely with the SEO, PPC, Social Media, Content, and Web Development teams to understand service offerings.

Required Skills

Excellent Communication

- Solid spoken English with clear pronunciation.
- Ability to hold professional conversations with US clients.
- Confident in cold calling and handling objections.
- Ability to ask the right questions and understand client requirements.
- Strong listening and interpersonal skills.

Sales Skills

- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
- Experience in B2B sales, inside sales, telecalling, lead generation, or appointment setting is preferred.
- Ability to identify decision-makers.
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
- Target-oriented and motivated by results.

US Market Understanding

- Comfortable communicating with US customers during their business hours.
- Understanding of basic US business communication and professional etiquette.
- Ability to research US businesses and identify their marketing needs.
- Familiarity with industries such as Home Services, Healthcare, Real Estate, Legal, Hospitality, SaaS, E-commerce, Plumbing, HVAC, Roofing, and Construction is a plus.

Working Hours

Night Shift: 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM IST Candidates should be comfortable working night shifts and communicating with US prospects during their business hours.
