Job Title: Digital Marketing Trainee

Salary: Rs. 15,000 – 25,000 per month

Location: Mohali (In-office)

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Trainee to join our team. The ideal candidate should have an interest in digital marketing, social media management, and lead generation. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience, develop marketing skills, and learn practical digital marketing strategies in a skilled work environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across various online platforms.
- Manage and update social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Create engaging content, captions, and promotional materials for social media platforms.
- Conduct outbound calls and follow up with potential customers to generate leads and business opportunities.
- Schedule social media posts and maintain a content calendar.
- Monitor social media engagement and campaign performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in preparing marketing reports, presentations, and short promotional videos.




- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative ideas and improve brand visibility.

Requirements

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong interest in digital marketing, social media, and online promotions.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing concepts.
- Familiarity with Canva, graphic design tools, or video editing software is an advantage.
- Good interpersonal skills and confidence in communicating with potential customers.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work effectively as part of a team.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
