Myra Global Tech is looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist with robust expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) to manage and optimise lead-generation campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, launch and manage Meta Ads campaigns.
- Generate high-quality leads while maintaining cost efficiency.
- Understand Meta’s algorithm, ad delivery, targeting and optimisation.
- Conduct A/B testing of audiences, creatives and ad copy.
- Manage budgets and optimise CPL and conversion performance.
- Analyse campaign data and prepare performance reports.
- Collaborate with sales teams to improve lead quality and conversions.

Requirements

- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on Meta Ads experience.
- Proven experience in lead generation and budget management.




- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of tracking tools, Meta Pixel and CRM integration is preferred.
- Experience in B2B marketing or recruitment campaigns is an advantage.

Salary- 40k-50k

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate

- Patliputra, Patna, Bihar: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
