Job Summary

Looking for a creative, result-oriented, and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to manage multiple digital platforms and develop effective marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, generate quality leads, drive bookings, and support overall business growth.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SEO, Social Media Marketing (SMM), Google Ads, Meta Ads, content creation, campaign management, and digital marketing analytics.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media & Multiple Page Management

- Manage and maintain multiple social media pages across various brands and business units.
- Develop monthly content calendars and ensure consistent posting across platforms.
- Monitor audience engagement, respond to trends, and improve page performance.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms.

2. SEO & Website Management

- Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve website rankings.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and website performance monitoring.
- Optimize website content to increase organic traffic and search visibility.
- Monitor SEO performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and related tools.

3. Google Ads & Meta Ads

- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Manage campaign budgets, audience targeting, lead generation, and remarketing.
- Track campaign performance, cost per lead, conversions, and return on advertising spend.
- Conduct A/B testing and implement strategies to improve campaign effectiveness.

4. Content Creation & Digital Branding

- Develop creative content ideas for social media posts, reels, promotional videos, advertisements, and campaigns.
- Prepare engaging captions, ad copies, promotional messages, and website content.
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, photographers, and content creators when required.
- Develop content that highlights property features, hospitality experiences, offers, and business services.

Marketing Strategies & Business Growth

- Develop digital marketing strategies to increase sales, bookings, customer enquiries, and brand awareness.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns for business growth and lead conversion.
- Identify new digital marketing opportunities and analyze competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the sales, reservation, and management teams to achieve business targets.
- Generate performance reports and recommend improvements based on marketing data.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Practical experience in digital marketing, social media management, and paid advertising.
- Solid knowledge of SEO, SMM, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.
- Experience handling multiple social media pages and marketing campaigns simultaneously.
- Good content writing, creative thinking, and campaign planning skills.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta Business Suite, and advertising dashboards.
- Ability to analyze marketing data and make performance-based decisions.
- Positive communication, time management, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines and marketing targets.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in hospitality, tourism, resorts, villas, real estate, or related industries will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of lead generation, online booking campaigns, and conversion optimization.
- A portfolio of previous campaigns, social media pages, or advertising results will be an added advantage.
