Prowebmatrix is looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and results-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to manage digital marketing activities, strengthen the company's online presence, and support business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, creative thinking, and an interest in social media, digital advertising, branding, and online marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the company's social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Create engaging social media content, captions, promotional campaigns, and marketing creatives.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
- Assist with Google Ads and social media advertising campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and basic SEO activities.
- Coordinate with the design and content teams to develop banners, reels, videos, and promotional materials.
- Monitor campaign performance, engagement, website traffic, and lead generation.
- Prepare regular marketing reports and suggest improvements based on campaign results.
- Maintain the company's brand identity and ensure consistency across digital platforms.
- Support email marketing, content marketing, and promotional campaigns.
- Research industry trends and identify new opportunities to improve marketing performance.

Required Skills
- Good communication and creative writing skills.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
- Basic understanding of SEO,



Google Ads, and social media advertising.
- Creativity in content planning, campaign ideas, and brand promotion.
- Familiarity with Canva and basic graphic design tools is preferred.
- Knowledge of Instagram Reels, short-form video content, and social media analytics.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.

Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass; graduation in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Freshers with creativity and a willingness to learn may apply.
- Prior experience in digital marketing or social media management is an advantage.
