We are looking to hire a Marketing Manager who will grow our presence and lead customer acquisition across various channels. An ideal candidate will be highly data-driven and is comfortable with planning and executing on various stages of performance marketing campaigns, goal-setting, strategic development, execution, and optimization.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.

Design, build and maintain our social media presence.

Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals.

Collaborate with internal teams to create website banners, landing pages and optimize user experience.





Responsible for testing new channels to scale growth for the business in recent and existing markets.

Create and follow a calendar to plan and execute timely advertisements across our social ad platforms.

Closely monitor, measure and report on campaign performance, budgeting and conduct ad hoc analysis.

REQUIRED SKILLS :

Masters or Bachelor s degree in marketing or related field.

Must have a minimum of 2+ years of experience in digital marketing.

Strong excel and analytical skills; needs to have the abipty to interpret data into meaningful insights and KPIs (proficiency in SQL a plus)

Sopd knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)

Working knowledge of ad serving tools.

Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.

Knowledge of video and picture editing software such as Adobe.

Experience with A/B and multivariate tests.

Mastery of the economics of performance marketing and project management experience, agile marketing is a plus.
